Introducing Our New Regional Structure and Leadership Team

Exciting new changes are happening with our field leadership and organizational structure. We have expanded the number of service regions from two to four and appointed a Senior Vice President (SVP) over each region. The SVP’s are responsible for the performance and delivery of services provided within the region and ensuring our business relationships with you and your clients are running smoothly.  All four regions report to a newly appointed Executive Vice President of Field Operations.

This regional realignment will contribute to improving our processes and create a better customer experience for you and your clients. We value your partnership and anticipate an even stronger level of engagement with you.

Kevin Harnetiaux, Executive Vice President, Field Operations

Kevin brings years of experience and leadership in the insurance industry to his new role.  Previously he was Senior Vice President and Division Executive for The Hartford, leading the Western Division Property and Casualty businesses in small commercial, middle market, and specialty businesses.

Kevin also served on the boards of the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau (WCIRB), the California Workers’ Compensation Institute (CWCI), and the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) for many years.

 

Kate Craft, Senior Vice President, Orange County Region

Kate comes to us with more than 20 years of insurance experience in underwriting, sales, and leadership. Most recently, she served as an Associate Vice President in Middle Market for Nationwide and she has also worked with CNA, Hartford, and St. Paul Travelers

 

 

 

Michael McFadden, Senior Vice President, Los Angeles Region

Michael joins us with more than 30 years of experience in insurance that includes claims, business development, and operations. Michael’s previous positions include President of Summit Claims Services, Inc., Executive Vice President/Regional Vice President at Patriot National and as a Claims Vice President with Zenith.

 

 

Rick Quintanilla, Senior Vice President, Greater Bay Area

Rick is a State Fund veteran having held leadership roles in Corporate Marketing and Field Operations. Rick was the Program Manager of the National Client Services program, where he was the key contact for principals at the National Brokerage level while working collaboratively with the regional staff on a daily basis.

 

 

Chris Loughran, Senior Vice President, Central Valley Region

Chris began consulting with State Fund in June of 2017, working on new regional workflows and processes with the Field Operations team. Prior to joining us, Chris worked at The Hartford for 17 years, most recently as Division Sales Executive for the North West, and previously as a branch manager.
